We are pleased to offer out-of-stock and made-to-order options for our collections. The ability to backorder items and to further customize heel height, width, and color specifically for your taste and fit is a rare opportunity available only through Axis Tango. You can take advantage of this service to create a shoe that uniquely reflects your personality and also fits your physical specifications. All of that, handmade in Italy and Argentina just for you! Review information below and contact us with any questions.
Out-of-Stock Orders

If your size or color choice is not in stock, any currently produced Axis Tango, Bandolera, RossaSpina, and selected Katrinski design can be ordered with a full payment. This applies to women's and men's products. Once the out of stock item is ordered, we will add it to our purchase list; we purchase from our designers on a regular basis and depending on the ordered item's availability in designer's atelier, your item will arrive to Axis Tango NYC headquarters in 6 - 16 weeks. (Receiving an order as soon as 6 weeks is rare, but so is waiting 16 weeks; the majority of orders arrive within the 8-12 week period.) You can make backorder on the product's page; the system will guide you through order & purchase. Regular return policy applies. |
Heel Heights - Bandolera Women's Shoes |
Bandolera shoes for women can be ordered in any of the heel heights offered by the manufacturer. Bandolera produces shoes with 6cm, 7cm, 8cm, and 9cm heels. Most of designs are available in all four heel heights, although several designs are not available with 6cm and 8cm heel. You can make your desired heel height request from the available options on the product's page; the system will guide you through order & purchase. Production time is 6-16 weeks. (Receiving an order as soon as 6 weeks is rare, but so is waiting 16 weeks; the majority of orders arrive within the 8-12 week period.) Regular return policy applies. |
Made-to-Order Shoes
Custom Widths |
Bandolera shoes for women and men can be ordered in narrow or wide widths! Narrow widths are produced by using 1 size smaller toe cage, and wide widths are produced by using 1 size larger toe cage. For example: a 39 narrow is manufactured with a 39 length (the base of the shoe) and a 38 toe cage (the top/front part of the shoe). The width of the base of the shoe remains unchanged. The additional cost for this option is $30. You can make the order on the product's page. If you need the width to be extra narrow or wide (using 2 size adjustments), or different for each foot, please contact us. The majority of custom orders will arrive from Italy to Axis Tango headquarters in NYC within 16 weeks. Contact us with questions. Custom width orders are non-returnable. |
Custom Materials & Color Combinations |
You can switch colors and materials to the model of your choice! You can order any Bandolera model for women and men in any of the colors and materials that are currently in production for only $30 more than the regular price. You can be very creative and design a color combination from the available options that fits your taste, wardrobe, your partner's outfit for a performance, or a special occasion. The majority of custom orders will arrive from Italy to Axis Tango headquarters in NYC in 6-16 weeks. (Receiving an order as soon as in 6 weeks is rare, but so is waiting 16 weeks; the average waiting time is within the 8-12 week period.) To place an order for a custom color, please contact us. As part of Axis Tango service offering custom color & material orders we will be incorporating your suggestions and creative input into the creation of a custom product for you. You hereby grant to Axis Tango a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, assignable right and license to use your submissions in products existing now or created in the future, in any manner including for commercial use and in all media.
