US Shipping

We’re happy to offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on all U.S. orders – no minimum!

We use tracked United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail as our standard shipping method. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/ FPO or U.S. territories.

All shipping options have tracking enabled. Signature, Expedited and Express shipping include insurance; regular priority mail does not. If you forgo choosing Signature, Expedited or Express shipping, Axis Tango is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or tracking your lost package.

*Orders placed for express service before 12:00 PM EST Monday - Friday will ship out the same day and will arrive in 1-2 days (excluding holidays and Sundays.) Express service orders placed after 12:00pm EST or on weekends will ship out the following business day.


International Shipping

Axis Tango uses tracked United States Postal Service (USPS) as our carrier for international orders. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by USPS during checkout and are based on the items you purchase and the delivery location. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

International orders may be held in customs and proceed to delivery upon your payment of duties, taxes, or other fees.

Log into your account to check the status of your shipment. After the shipment is sent, the order status will be updated and you will be able to track the package. A shipping confirmation with tracking number will also be sent to your email once the order is on its way.
