*Orders placed for express service before 12:00 PM EST Monday - Friday will ship out the same day and will arrive in 1-2 days (excluding holidays and Sundays.) Express service orders placed after 12:00pm EST or on weekends will ship out the following business day.

International

Axis Tango uses tracked United States Postal Service (USPS) for international orders. Shipping rates are calculated automatically by USPS during checkout and are based on the items you purchase and the delivery location. You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note: International orders may be held in customs and proceed to delivery upon your payment of duties, taxes, or other fees. Such fees may be significant; you should look into your country's customs regulations prior to placing your order.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimated, we do not provide money-back guarantees for any method.

Processing time

In-stock items enter shipping queue in 3-5 days after order is placed; pre-ordered items do it once they arrive from manufacturers. Expedited and express orders do it sooner per the table above.

International Orders

There may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before the delivery of your package. We don't know and can't estimate what they might be. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by Axis Tango; they are your responsibility. If you don't claim your package or refuse it, you will not be refunded by Axis Tango. We are required by law to declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. Please be aware of your country's policies before you place your order.

Undeliverable packages

If your package is marked as undeliverable or returned to the sender, a reshipping fee will be required.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check it prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Axis Tango is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

Returned/Refused Orders

If you refuse a shipment from Axis Tango, the original shipping cost and any other fees/costs incurred by Axis Tango to process your refused shipment will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a 15% restocking fee.
