Katrinski flats have been developed with the intention to walk and dance anywhere and everywhere by Katrin Urwitz, a Swedish tanguera living and making shoes in Buenos Aires. A small lift in the heel part makes them not too flat and the materials inside make you walk with a bouncy feeling wherever you go.
The top is made of premium quality Argentine suede. The base is made of PVC rubber. It's flexible and will allow you to slide and pivot. When you use new flats for tango or other dances, it is recommended to use talk powder to eliminate the initial resistance you might feel from the floor. Or, you can simply walk outside a few times before taking them to the dance floor.
These flats are such a joy to wear! As one tanguera exclaimed: "Yummm! Just spent a day dancing in Katrinskis for the first time. Never been so comfortable in my tango life." Every pair of Katrinski's is handmade in Buenos Aires and every pair is unique!

Pre-orders can take 4-16 weeks from your order date, with most typically delivered in 6 - 8 weeks. Pre-orders are returnable for refund within 14 days of delivery per our return policy.
