If you don't love your new Axis Tango in-stock or pre-order items delivered to a United States address, send them back within twenty-one (21) days of shipping confirmation for a refund or store credit. Items marked "Sale" can be returned for store credit only, while items marked "Final Sale" are non-returnable.
Have ready the order number (with the AX prefix) and the email address you used when placing the order.

Take the package to your nearest post office to purchase postage and mail it. You are done!
+ Items must be returned within 21 days of shipping confirmation date unworn, undamaged, or altered in any way.
+ Women's shoes with protective film on the soles must have it adhered and intact. If it has been partially or completely removed, we will not accept the return.
+ Items marked "Final Sale," custom orders, and Axis Tango gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
+ Any item purchased at an event or festival is "Final Sale" and non-refundable, non-returnable, unless the item is defective.
We do not accept international returns at this time.
We do not accept exchanges at this time. You can, however, return any qualifying order for store credit at which time you can place another order.
Returns are handled within approximately 7 business days after we receive your item(s). An email will be dispatched when your return is processed.
+ Axis Tango gift cards can only be used online on our website.
+ Please treat gift cards like cash.
+ Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the gift card will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
+ Gift cards are provided in U.S. Dollars.

Important: please do not mail your item(s) without first completing the online return or receiving a go-ahead from Axis Tango; such returns may be declined.
We're happy to give you a one-time price adjustment if the item you purchased goes on sale within 5 days of your order's purchase date. Contact us in such instance, we don't make these adjustments automatically nor retroactively beyond 30 days of purchase. A refund for the price difference will be issued in the form of Axis Tango online gift card.
The items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach us; make sure they are packed properly and can't get damaged on the way. We recommend you retain your proof of mailing for your own security. We do not pay for or refund return shipping costs.
