Online shopping can be tough but we're here to make the return process seamless. Send your purchase back within 14 days for a full refund or exchange using our pre-paid return shipping label. $15 fee for return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will gladly accept your return on unworn merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Exclusions apply, see below.

We take great pride in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your axistango.com purchase, you may return or exchange full-priced unworn merchandise with all original tags, sole protectors, shoe bags, and/or shoe boxes within 14 days of delivery of your package.

Your return or exchange will be for the amount paid minus $15 for the return label. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please note: On exchanges, only one exchange per order. The exchanged item is not returnable.

Orders placed during the 2021 Black Friday promotion using discount code GETMY30 are final sale and not eligible for a return.

Tip: Be kind to your shoes until you have made up your mind. Try them on a carpet or soft surface that won't leave marks on the soles (or on the protective film on the soles where applicable). Pivoting, sliding, or any other active motion is likely to leave marks, which may make the item non-returnable. Items with any signs of wear or marked soles will be declined and returned to the sender at their expense.

Go to Axis Tango Returns Center to initiate your return. You'll receive an RMA number once your return is approved; please don't mail your return without an RMA as it will be declined. Once your return is approved, mail the package within 7 days of receiving the return label. Returns posted more than 7 days after return label issue may be accepted for store credit only or declined.

$15 for the provided return label will be deducted from your refund, exchange or credit. We'll send you a shipping label valid for 7 days from issue to mail your return back to us.

The credit will be applied within 30 days once returned merchandise is received and inspected. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

No. Please only submit returns with an Axis Tango return label created through our returns center. Any return mailed to us without an Axis Tango return label will be declined and returned to sender.

Please initiate a return at Axis Tango Returns Center and select “damaged” as the reason for your return. You will not be charged for return shipping if you've received a damaged item.

We do not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailers other than axistango.com. We are happy to answer questions related to our products but are unable to process returns, exchanges, credits, refunds or repairs for any product purchased outside of axistango.com. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the conditions above and to change our return policy terms at any time without prior notice to you. And lastly, Axis Tango is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or tracking lost or damaged packages.
