Standard returns

We will gladly accept your return on unworn items within 14 days of deliveryExclusions apply, see below.

You may return for refund or exchange full-priced unworn items with all original tags, sole protectors, shoe bags, and/or shoe boxes. Items bought with discount code of 20% or more are eligible for exchange only.

Your refund or exchange will be for the amount paid minus $15 for return shipping and processing. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Other returns

You can make a return and receive a full refund on sale items, vegan collection, street collection or custom-made items, which are non-returnable under the standard return policy, with the addition of Seel Return Assurance to your order during checkout.

With Seel Return Assurance, your otherwise non-returnable purchase can be returned within 30 days of delivery for full refund minus return shipping fee.

You will be making a return directly to the Seel Return Assurance team through their return portal.

Tip: Be kind to your shoes until you have made up your mind. Try them on a carpet or soft surface that won't leave marks on the soles (or on the protective film on the soles where applicable). Pivoting, sliding, or any other active motion is likely to leave marks, which may make the item non-returnable. Items with any signs of wear or marked soles will be declined and returned to the sender at their expense.

You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for items that are not returnable under the regular return policy, such as items on sale, custom orders, etc. If Seel Return Assurance is not purchased for eligible items in your order, then your order is subject to the standard return policy. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance and the Seel Return Assurance policy and return process here. You must follow these instructions to qualify if you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items.

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal (not Axis Tango returns) to return them. If you don't purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.

Go to Axis Tango Returns Center to initiate your return on order without Seel Return Assurance (if you purchased Seel Return Assurance, see here). You'll receive an RMA number once your return is approved; please don't mail your return without an RMA as it will be declined. Once your return is approved, mail the package within 7 days of receiving the return label. Returns posted more than 7 days after return label issue may be accepted for store credit only or declined.

If you purchased Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here.  If you didn't purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.

$15 for the provided return label will be deducted from your refund, exchange or credit. We'll send you a shipping label valid for 7 days from issue to mail your return back to us.

The credit will be applied within 30 days once returned merchandise is received and inspected. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment.

No. Please only submit returns with an Axis Tango return label created through our returns center. Any return mailed to us without an Axis Tango return label will be declined and returned to sender.

Please initiate a return at Axis Tango Returns Center and select “damaged” as the reason for your return. You will not be charged for return shipping if you've received a damaged item.

We do not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailers other than axistango.com. We are happy to answer questions related to our products but are unable to process returns, exchanges, credits, refunds or repairs for any product purchased outside of axistango.com. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with the conditions above and to change our return policy terms at any time without prior notice to you. And lastly, Axis Tango is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or tracking lost or damaged packages.
