US Returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery
Requirements
✓ Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
✓ Shoes must not have been worn. All sole protectors and/or tags must be attached.
✓ Return shipping is FREE when you add Re:Do for $2.98 to the order. Without Re:Do, you'll pay for return shipping.
✓ Returns for refund have a 10% return fee; this fee does not apply to returns for exchange.
✓ No returns on sale items, custom items, orders outside of USA, and Black Friday sales.

Items marked as "Final Sale" are final purchase and ineligible for a return or exchange of any kind. There are no exceptions.
If you are returning a gift, we are more than happy to offer store credit for the return. Please contact help@axistango.com to start the process.

Please allow 2-5 days for a refund to reflect on your bank statement once your return has been processed. Return processing can take up to 10 days from delivery.
We do offer exchanges, simply click the button above to begin the return and exchange process.
Returned items must be in 100% brand new condition. This means that shoes must never have been worn. Once they have been worn, the refund/exchange policy is void. The plastic seal on the bottom of the soles cannot be removed. We reserve the right to refuse returns or charge restocking fees if returned items do not meet the above requirements.
Axis Tango reserves the right to decline excessive requests for returns by a customer.
Custom and made-to-measure orders are final sale and ineligible for a return or exchange of any kind. There are no exceptions.
International orders sent outside of USA are final sale and ineligible for a return or exchange of any kind. There are no exceptions.
Shipping charges, gift cards, ReDo fees, and store credit are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
