Returns on US orders are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus $9.95 return fee.

Axis Tango gladly accepts returns of unworn, undamaged merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Items sent back for a refund will be charged a flat processing fee of $9.95. This fee also includes your return shipping label. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, or washed.
- Merchandise must be in the original delivery condition, with all sole protectors and/or tags attached.
- If the price of the purchased item has decreased since your purchase, your refund will be based on the new price.
- Custom made, personalized, and final sale merchandise cannot be returned unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance at the time of order.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
- International orders sent outside of US are not returnable.
As worn items are non-refundable, we highly recommend trying your shoes on a carpeted area, as this will preserve the sole of the shoe.Items with any signs of wear or marked soles will be declined and returned to the sender at their expense.
* A decision to decline a return that is not compliant with the Axis Tango return policy is final and cannot be refuted.

If your return request is approved, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. After the return is received and inspected, you'll receive a refund minus $9.95 return shipping fee.
For items purchased with Seel Return Assurance, start the return on their return portal (not with Axis Tango).
If you are returning a gift, we are more than happy to offer store credit for the return. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to start the process.
Please note: Gift cards are not returnable.
Returns take us 5-10 business days to process upon reaching us. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible, we are not offering exchanges at this time. If you are interested in a different size, color, or design, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item.
$9.95 processing fee, which includes a return label, will be deducted from your refund. We'll send you a shipping label valid for 7 days from issue to mail your return back to us.
Final Sale items - that includes custom orders - cannot be returned unless you add Seel Return Assurance to your order at the time of purchase. No exceptions will be made for sizing, fit, color or materials issues. We understand that buying Final Sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to make a return on Final Sale items and custom orders. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance and their return process here. You must follow these instructions to qualify.
For items purchased with Seel Return Assurance, please use the Seel Return Portal (not Axis Tango returns) to start your return.
No. You will need to create a separate return label for each order. You will not receive a proper refund or credit if multiple orders are returned in one shipment.
No. Please only submit returns with an Axis Tango return label. Any return mailed to us without an Axis Tango return label will be declined and returned to sender at their expense.
Please initiate a return and include a note aboutt he damage as the reason for your return. You will not be charged for return shipping if we determine that you've received a damaged item.
