Online shopping can be tough but we're here to make the return process easy + seamless. Send your item back within 21 days of shipping date using a carrier of your choice. You can select an exchange, store credit, or refund. Exchanges and store credits are for the full amount paid while the refund option has a 10% restocking fee.

Please note that currently we don't offer return shipping labels and you will need to pay the return shipping fee. The purchase of insurance is encouraged; if your return is damaged or lost during shipment you'll need to contact the carrier for resolution. Axis Tango is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or tracking lost or damaged packages.

When you are trying on shoes, please be sure to do it on a carpet or soft surface that won't leave marks on the soles (or on the protective film on the soles in the case of women's shoes). Pivoting, sliding, or any other active motion is likely to leave a mark. If a returned item is found to show signs of wear and is thus unsellable, you may choose to either have the item returned to you {you will be asked to pay return postage}, or incur a 35% restocking fee.
